Born and raised in Santiago, Chile, Chef Rosario Galaz Arechaga, migrated to the United States in 2000, growing up with cousins and grandparents on weekends in a Fig, Lemon & Avocado Vacation Farm were the entire family met for pure fun and deliciousness right from the land!

French trained  Executive Chef -Will A Norris II-

Will grew up helping his grandparents to grow Organic food . Will's passion to continue this legacy led him to develop his own Vertical Urban Farm with a charcoal and lime stone filtered rain barrel irrigation system.
